A company that develops cutting-edge battery technology now has a new plant operating in Haverhill following intervention from Nick Timothy, the town's MP. Nybolt Limited had been struggling with Government bureaucracy which was holding up the development and sale of its new technology which allows for the rapid charging of batteries that can power high-performance sports cars and sophisticated robots and machinery. After pressure from the MP, the Environment Agency finally granted the permit to allow the plant to get up and running.
Nick Timothy MP said "Nybolt is a brilliant clean energy technology company, and it's great to have them here in Haverhill. They have been ready for months to develop their exciting new technology and expand their workforce. I wish them every success."
