In what has been described as a knife-edge contest, Tim Passmore has successfully defended his position as Police and Crime Commissioner for Suffolk. It has been a difficult election for the Conservative Party on the whole as results still come in but as the only truly local candidate - born and bred in Suffolk - it is a fantastic result for the people of Suffolk.
