Nick Timothy is the newly elected MP for West Suffolk following the General Election on 4th July 2024. He received 15,814 votes and the turnout was 60.06%.
Nick is married to Martina and their home is near Haverhill. They have three girls – Keeva, Emily and Sylvia – and an Irish setter called Monty. Nick has known and loved West Suffolk all his life. His parents live in Hundon, and he had family living in and around Newmarket for years too.
Nick is the fresh start West Suffolk needs. He will work to bring life back to our high streets and town centres, force property developers to put people before profit, and stand up for you against the powerful – as he has over the Sunnica application and the biodigester proposal near Haverhill. He will campaign for immigration to be cut to a bare minimum, for better public services, and a new economic model in which we reindustrialise the country. He is a real conservative – and a local champion for your quality of life.
Nick runs his own small business and writes a column for The Daily Telegraph. He has also worked at the top of government – in the Home Office and 10 Downing Street – so he knows how to gets things done for you in Westminster and Whitehall.
